Can be used as a skin toner, a cooling body mist, added to bath water, as a fragrant linen spray or in the making of soaps and creams. 
 
Rose Water may be particularly beneficial to the more dry skin types. Its wonderful scent makes it a lovely ingredient to use in a room spray.  During hot weather keep a bottle in the fridge for a refreshing face spritz.
 
This product is not suitable for use in food.

Many use the terms interchangeably. Our definitions are that a Hydrolat is the water recovered from the distillation of the essential oil. A Hydrosol is an essential oil dissolved in water.
