We get our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar closed-loop* from Ostlers Cider Mill here in Somerset. Ostlers has been family-owned and run since 1989 and their cider vinegar is a Taste of the West Gold Award Winner.

Our Apple Cider Vinegar is Unfiltered, meaning it contains a substance called ‘Mother’, which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and good bacteria that give it a murky appearance.
The daily recommended intake of Apple Cider Vinegar is between 15-25ml diluted. It can also be used as a food additive for salad dressings and homemade mayonnaise, adding great flavour to many dishes.
*closed-loop is part of the circular economy. For us it means that products are despatched to us in sturdy plastic drums, which are returned once empty to be washed and re-used, ensuring waste along the supply chain is kept to an absolute minimum.
